He has been one of the sports players to receive enormous salaries, and he has endorsement deals with Air Jordan and State Farm. Since 2013, Chris has held the position of President of the NBA Players' Award.

In a recent video interview about Men's Health, he told the publication, “people on the internet constantly want to evaluate my game, my body, and my style.”
"I have chosen to live a vegan lifestyle. So far, so good. It's not simple, and however, it is functioning correctly for me. He said, "I quit all substances cold turkey. I'll be frank with you: I had a rash, and I thought that maybe a chicken wing or something might do the trick. Nevertheless, I was successful in the end. The movie/documentary Game Changers, which is on the benefits of plant-based diets for athletes, was one of the projects on which I had the privilege to serve as executive producer.

"Being the extremely competitive person that I am, when I saw this, I thought to myself, 'Hold up, let me give this a go.'" And I gave it a shot, and the first thing that alters when you switch to a plant-based diet — and this might be too much information for some people — is how often you have to use the restroom. It picks up a significant amount of speed. A whole lot faster.”

Chris also mentioned that he felt it made him feel more vibrant and energized as a result. He also noticed another benefit of a clean vegan diet, which is often mentioned by those who follow such a diet. Chris discovered that his body was able to recuperate from strenuous workouts and games far more quickly thanks to this strategy. "I do feel extremely fantastic," he reports having said. "I suppose the most significant shift for me is the aches and pains that come with the change in season. When I got to Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of my first week of working out and training, I found myself wondering whether or not I was lifting heavy enough. Should I up the intensity of my workouts? Why am I not achy? I'm not trying to convince you that you must stick with it, but at least give it a shot.

To his good fortune, Chris has the luxury of having a chef at his disposal. Chef Seong Hwang has provided some instances of what Chris consumes in his restaurant.

Oatmeal, plant-based milk, and nut kinds of butter are standard components of a typical breakfast. He often eats something that consists of spaghetti or brown rice for lunch. Occasionally, he eats sausage made from Beyond Meat, grilled veggies, and perhaps some curry sauce.

Chris may munch on some fruit or nuts for a snack, or he can have some tacos using Beyond Beef crumbled meat. The chef has discovered that the plant-based meats pair exceptionally well with the spices of Mexico.

Chris's go-to meal for the evening is the Hawaiian Loco moco, which is prepared with a beyond burger on top.
"After each game, Chris will have a Beyond Burger," adds Seong. "After every game." After they have finished competing, athletes are hungry, and this is the time when they are most likely to consume something that they will come to regret the following day.

Chris is able to achieve and maintain the high levels of fitness he requires because of an efficient workout routine that he follows. He utilizes a rowing machine, front squats, set-ups, and abdominal exercises and works with dumbbells and kettlebells across his many workout programs.

He is aware of the significance of both being steadfast to a plan and maintaining a degree of adaptability.

"Practicing boxing in the past when I was unable to do any weight-bearing exercises, and swimming has been crucial when I've had to remain off my legs for injuries," he adds. "I've also done swimming when I've had to stay off my legs for injuries." "When it comes down to it, sticking to a schedule is the most important thing. It's the same as those folks who get up early every morning and make a habit of going to Starbucks for their morning coffee. In a similar vein, I can't function well unless I wake up, get to the gym, and do my shooting regimen. If I don't, I just don't feel like myself. If I don't do the things that are expected of me each day, I just don't feel like myself.

Chris is also a brand ambassador for Beyond Meat, a firm that does not use any animal products. Other NBA stars, including Kyrie Irving, JaVale McGee, and DeAndre Jordan, also serve as ambassadors for the brand.

Additionally, he is a copartner in the company goPuff, which provides a wide range of consumer goods for speedy delivery across the country. He intends to assist the platform in expanding its selection of plant-based options, particularly those manufactured by companies that people of color own.
