Chris is a point guard for the Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association (NBA) in the United States of America.
The NBA awarded the 183-centimeter (6-foot) player from North Carolina the Rookie of the Year title. He is a two-time Olympic champion and the recipient of the Most Valuable Player award at the NBA All-Star Game. Chris finished first in the NBA in assists four times and stole the most baskets in league history six times. In addition to that, Chris has been chosen to play for eleven different NBA All-Star teams, nine different All-NBA teams, and nine different NBA All-Defensive teams.

Chris is able to achieve and maintain the high levels of fitness he requires because of an efficient workout routine that he follows. He utilizes a rowing machine, front squats, set-ups, and abdominal exercises and works with dumbbells and kettlebells across his many workout programs.
He is aware of the significance of both being steadfast to a plan and maintaining a degree of adaptability.
"Practicing boxing in the past when I was unable to do any weight-bearing exercises, and swimming has been crucial when I've had to remain off my legs for injuries," he adds. "I've also done swimming when I've had to stay off my legs for injuries." "When it comes down to it, sticking to a schedule is the most important thing. It's the same as those folks who get up early every morning and make a habit of going to Starbucks for their morning coffee. In a similar vein, I can't function well unless I wake up, get to the gym, and do my shooting regimen. If I don't, I just don't feel like myself.
