I'm on day 3 - the first day with 2 pills. I take them at bedtime. Today was the first day I was in a hurry to get to restroom many times. Not fun when I was in the middle of a shopping trip, but I am on guard. So, I think it is working. I am pushing hard to drink at least 3- 32oz bottles of water a day. Not to be really gross but whoever mentioned the smell being strong and/or different. TRUTH.
