Does this include "the mother"?
Bragg uses organic, unfiltered, and unpasteurized apple cider vinegar (same as our bottled ACV) that contains the ‘Mother’ to produce our organic apple cider vinegar powder. However, the live bacteria (acetobacter) found in the Mother cannot survive the manufacturing processes used to make capsules or gummies and therefore for those seeking live acetobacter bacteria, we recommend our liquid/bottled Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and ACV blends.
Do I still need to take B3 ?
Hello - There is no B3 in the True Energy supplement.You may want to consider adding to your diet.
Is the 750 mg of acetic acid apart of the 1877 mg of acv blend? i see a lot of brands having 1600mg of acv with the mother but no acetic acid mention
The 750 mg of acetic acid is part of the 1877 mg of ACV blend (the acetic acid is a bit indented representing it is part of the blend – highlighted in green in the below image). The ACV used by other brands may be at different concentration levels and would be hard to calculate acetic acid levels without it being present on the label.
