Alli is half the strength than Xenical by prescription. so for weight loss, I take 2 of the Alli at a time. I first used this 20 years ago, after the birth of my youngest, and it worked well, Today I don't really use it for weight loss (although I could stand to lose 10lbs) I use a reduced dose for severe constipation. I lost 10 pounds in about 1 month. Probably could have lost the weight faster, but I did not want to incur any side effects (I cut back on the recommended dosage). Also, I was pretty focused during that month on not eating meals that were excessively high in fat content. Worked exactly as advertised.
